Everybody is a fitness enthusiast these days, but there are some who go one-step ahead and decide to move into professional bodybuilding. Most of such people reach no good levels in bodybuilding but few make it up to the top, this happens because there are many variables which contribute for a person’s success or failure in the Professional bodybuilding.IMG20180210071752-01

Mind set

Some people, suddenly, randomly get inspired with some incident, quote or a person and decide that they have to take professional bodybuilding as a career and the next thing one could imagine is, they are at the grocery store buying their food items and other stuff required for pro level bodybuilding.

Before someone spends all his money on a “New-Born” passion, one has to understand that it requires a very strong mindset to walk into the shoes of a bodybuilder. It might look easy but it is not, one has to have a very strong and calm mind set at the same time. It is necessary to look into the future, few months and years ahead before planning anything. Patience cannot be over looked to be a successful bodybuilder; it is not about aggression and hard work alone, bodybuilding demands too much more.

It will certainly take long time to create the “base” required to be a good bodybuilder. There are people who are passionate for bodybuilding but their passion goes into “coma” after few weeks when they don’t find results and things happening at their desired speed. Such people either start taking steroids at an eearly stage or simply give-up.

Wrong mindset

“Steroids play the most important role in bodybuilding”, if someone has this statement in their mind then they have already stepped on the path of destruction.

If an individual will spend some time studying about any successful bodybuilder, he/she will find that even in the childhood days bodybuilders were better than other kids. They grew faster than others and digested more food at a faster pace, they grew even without too much of hardwork, some bodybuilders, when they were kids, had insane leg muscles just by playing soccer/football. Their genetics started showing off even before they showed their body on stage. By exploring about any great bodybuilder one can find that they were all born with this amazing gift called “genetics”.

Those genetically gifted bodybuilders worked hard for years and years on right diet and right workout protocol, they won many shows and made a name in their country and later decided to add some quality to their already built body with the help of steroids.

They had highly concerned and skilled team of professionals which included doctors, who planned every small move for them to make them improve without hurting them in near or far-away future.

So if someone will keep his/her belief into the steroids alone, they will never be able value the importance of Workout, genetics, training, Diet, Recovery, Sleep or any other aspects of bodybuilding and can never be a good bodybuilder ever.

The Facts

The first and the foremost thought in any aspiring bodybuilder should be his/her 100% effort, naturally. If someone decides to stay natural and improve by following right diet and workout, the later results are going to be amazing.

One has to educate himself/herself, understand with a calm mind every aspect of fitness, bodybuilding and fat loss. Without adding any extra supplement one has to try to fulfill all his/her requirements from natural diet for a while. When it becomes really hard to maintain the requirements, then supplements should be brought in work.

When someone has decided that they are going to give their best everyday in the gym, they will improve in terms of muscle strength, muscle stamina and muscle flexibility, this will eventually reduce their fat percentage and build more muscles as well.

When right workout is put along with the right diet-protocol, the result gets better but it should be polished with the consistency and patience for finest output. The next thing to do is, give best efforts to ensure the recovery process, rest and sleep.

There are many bodybuilders who win 1 show and are never seen again, because either they sit in the audience in the later years or completely quit the game and live their life in darkness.IMG_20180203_210032_666

 

Conclusion: There are some Bodybuilders who are seen every year in the events and shows, they improve slowly and gradually, they gain respect and love of others for years and make a better career in the bodybuilding and fitness industry. They might not win a show but they win hearts every day. On the other hand there are others who cross every limit just to win one show which doesn’t even pay their 1 month rent, and later they have to stay under medical observation for months and sometimes years.

What kind of bodybuilder are you trying to be? Think deeper, because it is a matter of loved once, life, future, families and not just health of a particular individual.
