4 Basic Back Exercises

There are many ways to train your back muscles but basics will always remain basics. It has been seen on many hundreds of gym going people that they gain good muscle mass when they perform the following 4 exercises:

  1. Lat pulley / Lat Pull down
  2. Seated Rowing / Ground Pulley
  3. Close Grip Pulley
  4. Pull Over

According to some experts, these 4 exercises hit almost all the back muscles and help in overall development so one should never miss any of these basic exercises ever on his “BACK DAY”
