Biceps are the most favorite muscles for most of the gym goers because this is the only muscle which is observed at the first sight. Often people look at the arm size and guess how much a person can bench, it hardly makes any sense but it is true. A good pair of bicep is a matter of prestige but many people are making too many mistakes in gym because of their obsession.

Some people are doing biceps every other day whereas some are doing them every day, some people are focusing on very heavy weights and hardly focus on the form and technique, on the other side some are pumping their guns with reps above 25 in every set.
