How to reduce belly fat?
Anyone who is concerned with the fitness industry knows how common this question is. This is not only the “Mostly asked question” around the world in the fitness industry but is also a question with several answers.

In this article we are trying to put some facts about belly fat in short and precise. If this article goes very technical, no one will get answer out of it. This is the reason why there are so many technical answers for the same question “how to reduce belly fat”, all over the internet but still people are looking for the right one.
Why people gain fat around waist is not an interesting topic and no one is much interested in knowing why it is happening, but because it is happening, some people just want to know the answer, so let’s jump straight to the point.

 If you are doing abs and lot of cardio, it will help but not at a greater degree. So don’t stop doing it, decrease the time you spend.
 Add compound exercises like – clean and press, squat, deadlift.
 Focus on the bigger muscles like back and legs.
 Do exercises which enable you to lift more and targets many muscles in a single movement.
 In the beginning of your workout do heavy exercises and in the end of your workout do high rep exercises for other muscles.
 Train 2-3 muscles in a single session.
 Train 4-5 days a week only, rest of the days focus on cardio, walking, swimming and such activities.
 Eat good food, neither low carbs, nor high protein. Stay on a normal diet for 2 months and keep improving in the gym, later make little changes for the next 2 months and so on. You don’t have to start zero carb diet on the very first day at the gym and you also don’t have to buy all the supplements in the market in the first month.
 Drink water
 Stay happy. Don’t let negative thoughts grab your brain and squeeze it to produce hormones which make more fat in your body. If you are depressed you are gaining fat.
 Don’t stop taking salt but you can cut down or stop taking sugar.
 Green tea is good, drink 3-4 cups a day. Don’t rely completely on it thinking it is a fat burner.
 Paste a poster in your room, dream of the body you want and believe in it, it is happening.
 People have lost lot of fat but it takes time, your goal is realistic just needs time.
 Learn the exercises and do them nicely, learn how to inhale and exhale while workout.
 Stick to the basics; do not worry about how many grams of macros you are consuming.
 Initially for the first 6 months just prepare a mindset that you will learn all the exercises, right form and technique, and learn the best possible way to improve your performance at the gym. One day when everyone will tell you about how good you perform, start making changes in your eating habits and you will see wonderful results.
